Condition and circumstances our condo was left to us in.

The Hall bathroom.
*My wife spent Two days scrubbing and cleaning this bathroom with steel wool and bleach. 
*The toilet was making constant draining noise.
*The sink always cked up and doesn't drain well.
*The ceiling to wall molding in that bathroom had fallen off.

The Promise of the Former Tenant
The former tenant had promised to clear out at least two rooms for us to unload and unpack our former household things into. That promise was made a full two weeks before we arrived. He never fulfilled that promise. 
Although My wife has been the lease holder since way before we moved in, the former tenant is still using the largest room in the house. The Master bedroom. We could use it as a staging area for unpacking our things, but he won't get his stuff out of there. He has a flight out of here in three weeks.  We will have to endure him for a while longer. He and his family lived here for 10 years, and It seems as if NO Maintenance was ever done.
